Do you think the West will ever regain its crown or will it always be in the shadow of the Death Row days?

Do you think its harder for West coast rappers to blow up than say East coast or Southern rappers?

Is there such thing as the 'New West', what does it stand for? Are the 'new' west coast rappers looking to change people's opinion on the west, change the subject matter or is it purely just a new group of rappers that have all come onto the scene at once?
