KURUPT. hes the shit. Kurupt gets deep with his words. you need to listen to his shit carefully to just begin to comprehend it. also i see alot of guys in here saying Ras Kass(i like Kass too) and i read this interview with Kass and they asked him who is the one mc that fucks him up everytime? he said Kurupt and then said "that motherfucker never shuts up". he aint my favorite mc but i think he is the best Westcoast mc......unless you want to count Shady. i think Eminem is the lyrical sugeon. i dont care what anybody says, he can spit out the most twisted rhymes and the speed of an m-16. his style just cant be touched. thats my view. peace.

Crooked I really comes out blazin' but Ras Kass (despite THE WHOLE WORLD TELLIN ME HOW RIDICULOUS HE IS) hasn't convinced me so far (I have to admit, I'm yet to really sit down and peep his shit).

i would go with mc ren or kurupt BUT with the new album out i think snoop retake the place he's been stole b4,, great lyricist  , now i know some hater will talk bout ain't no fuckin way, with his izzy shizzle etc,, don't give a fuck, listen to eastside ridaz or gang bang fo real, crip hop,break a bitch til i die even in connected, the flow is aight , i know some people just listen to the flow then the lyrics but me , i listen the overall, just the beat , the flow, n the lyrics at the same time,, then u know that snoop is back in this motherfucka,, the top of the game, like this ya'll

LOL at Snoop being a great lyricist...When he was on top of his game Snoop was never a great lyricist...He had a great flow and delivery...As far as pure lyrics I'd have to say Rass Kass is the best on the West...Flow wise I'd have to say Xzibit although Kurupt and Tash also have great flows...
