Congrats to everton on sunday but i fear for them against chelsea in the final, considering we played reserve/youth team and they got through on penalties they will need to step up.

Just goes to prove Man Utd, just like most teams, can't afford to rest the big guns.

Roll on

Roll on is something 18-year-old girls say when they're going on holiday in a few weeks.

Arsenal wouldn't have been in the game if Liverpool could defend.

Inter Milan have confirmed they have cancelled the contract of AWOL striker Adriano.

Adriano went missing after a World Cup qualifier for Brazil earlier this month and refused to return to Inter.

The 27-year-old Brazilian star has suffered a string of personal problems in recent years and he revealed he was taking a break from the game.

Adriano's agent Gilmar Rinaldi had been holding talks with the club about cancelling the player's contract and now the issue has been settled between both parties.

A club statement read: "Inter would like to communicate that Adriano's contract has been mutually rescinded, taking effect from April 1.

"The documents were sent to the offices of the Italian Football League this morning.

"Everyone at Inter would like to give Adriano a warm embrace for his eight years and 74 goals here."

Pretty sad, hope he sorts himeself out.

"My greatest challenge is not what's happening at the moment, my greatest challenge was knocking Liverpool right off their fucking perch. And you can print that." Alex Ferguson

Of course it wasn't. But that makes up for the one not given last sunday. And in the end, we thoroughly deserved that win. Shades of 2001 of the 5-3.
