I'm a die hard Dub fan(nothing like the groupie westside159 is to Eiht), but this album is nothing how I thought it would be when I first heard "This is Los Angeles" and "Paranoid"...Not saying it's a bad record, but it is what it is I guess...Lyrically Dub is at his best and has gotten better over the years, I also like how he kept the guest apperances to a minimum, cuz I hate "solo" albums that feel like compilations, but I would have like to have seen CJ Mac and Jayo featured on the album....

Really the only thing I'm not feeling is the production off the album, it's kinda hit and miss......This album is way better then that generic bullshit he released on Def Scam though....Also would have liked to have seen what a REAL producer like Quik could have come up with for Dub as opposed to Dr. Flake mailing one in....Respect to my nigga Dub though, he always keeps it hood and represents

The new mixtape sounds promising and Young Maylay sounds promising as well...Ain't really impressed with Tha Trapp though....Would love to see Dub put on a show at the HOB in different cities or at least in California featuring himself and have Cube as the hype man, but I don't see that happening either

Good to hear WC is going to shoot a video for the next single. Nothing wrong with the video he made for This Is LA, just would like to see him on a higher promotional scale. The commerical for the album is starting to get more airplay on BET. The target I went to they sold quite a few. Man Maylay with Big Swang?

If I said it once, I said it a miliion times.  WC is prolly the realest cat out on the West still puttin it down.  He's puttin out shit that his loyal fans of the last 15 years are gonna check for.  He's not turning his back on them for some kiddie ass bubble gum bullshit.  Can't wait to pick this shit up.  Good interview Nima!
