Hey, I voted for the Shadiest One earlier, but I have been riding in the city and I got to say Guilty By Affiliation is getting better and better by the amount of spins in the vehicle.

My 1st introduction to WC, Coolio, Crazy Toones and company was from Ain't A Damn Thang Changed.  I bought this the week it came out because of the Ice Cube & Sir Jinx association to it, back in 1991.  Jinx was all over it production wise.  This album to me is still bumpable to this day.  Top notch production and great chemistry with MAAD Circle.  A lot of people overlook this album.  It's a real WC gem.
