Ms. Toi is back on the scene with a brand new album coming out this October 23rd!!

"Not Yo Average Chick" is the name of this 16 track Album that Ms. Toi is releasing through Georgia based label House Of Hawk.

Clint "Mr. Payback" Sands who worked on the 1996 classic "Bow Down" Album by Westside Connection handles most of the producing duties and guests include Mr. Tan (from Tyrese & Snoop Dogg's "Baby Boy" song).
