I'm looking for a small device I can type on and save to microsoft word...

I'm looking for something small, that has a little keyboard, and I can type out notes, save it, and then later upload it to my regular computer on microsoft word.

What should I do, where can I get it?  Something cheap, like 300 dollars at the very most.
