well it was made in the late-late 90's

but at the same time it's been played non-stop in the 2000's

I remember 2000 in 7th grade playin it..... so more likely a 2000's album to me

i think he meant 92-01 as in the full years, like Jan 92-Dec 01. thats 10 years.

but i consider that all the "90s".. like ozir said.. cos in 2001 they were still ridin the hell outta like eastsidaz, kurupt, dre, etc.. and then after that year, the west coast just went downhill... so i tend to classify it in, more or less, the same era as all the good songs from like the mid 90s.

like i remember in my first year of college, which was August 2001 - May 2002, Power 106 was bumpin the shit outta I Luv It, Quik/Dre had Put It On Me, Bad Intentions, The Wash, On the Blvd, Area Codes (with Nate), Oh No (with Nate), Jay-Z Change The Game Remix with DPG, Liks - Best You Can, Dre had Family Affair with Mary, Xzibit had Restless out..Snoop had the Welcome to LA remix with JD/Luda. Snoop had Loosen Control, Chico coolwadda, high come down, fabulous you cant deny it (with nate), Wrong Idea, Behind the Walls, etc.. like it was damn good radio back then now that i think about it.

but the following year, 50 hit the scene, and it was a wrap.
