I have heard this saying in these films:
Friday
Menace 2 Society
DOnt Be A Menace 2 South Central While Drinkin Your Juice In Tha Hood

Me and my friends have been argueing over what is said, I think its Break Yourself and my friends think its Brace Yourself. Does n e 1 no what is said? and Why?

Hold on... It's both.

Both Phrases exist... "Brace Yourself"... that's like tellin somebody, "Hold On" or "Be Carefull".. like "Brace yourself... it's gonna be a bumpy ride"...

You're talking about "Break Yo' Self"... it's used when robbin people.. I think it's like... you know when people dont have any money they say they're "Broke".. well when you're jackin somebody, you're forcing them to give up their money so you're like "Break Yo' Self"...
