Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike eclipsed any of the Street Fighter 2 games in my opinion, so if they can improve on that I'm definitely interested in this.

i've only seen street fighter 2, i never knew there was a street fighter 3. i was starting to doubt that there ever was a street fighter 1 for that matter.

At the time SF2 Turbo was amazing, got loads of memories of playing it on my mate's SNES, but SF3:3rd Strike is far advanced from the SF2 games. I remember importing it for the Dreamcast and being completly blown away with how great it was. You really should check it out if you haven't already.

i think thats why i started disliking it... before it was all about hitting and counters... now you got combos, special moves (Projectiles all huge and shit), crazy blocking moves,  and all that... more and more....

just a little too much after a while...

but i should give it a fair chance but ill tell you this... i have my SNES hooked up with SF2 Turbo and that till this day still gets more play than any other fighting game i can think of... when my homie comes over we play.. (helps that we are both really good great competition is always fun)

its complex but once u get the hang of it, its dope parryin in all that that shists crazy!

Age don't mean shit, i'm 18 but i believe SF2 was the all time classic to remember here, now and forever more. SF3: Third Strike is the one to match its greatness .

Hell yeah SF1 Existed, i played it via M.A.M.E, but i regretted it, Street Fighter really did suck back then lmao...

After all these years an SF4 was announced....I'm regrettably fearing it won't be released on Wii
