how can jay-z get worse and worse and earn more respect the worser he gets ever album is worse and worse

i mean check it:


reasonable doubt;classic and hardly no one really cared about him
vol 1; he started to get popular with this ok album
vol 2; won a fucking grammy for that shit
vol 3; he puts one of the shittiest records of the year and is crisened king of new york
roc-la-familia- this is straight unadultrated shit and now he's the best rapper in the business....???


i ain't hating on him cuz pac did i was bumpin reasonable doubt and the don killiuminati at the same time my whole point is why is he so popular when he just gets worse and worse???

I think DMX is the worst rapper, then Nelly ... but as for Jay-z... I think he is respected a lot because he makes what the "pop" world wants to hear. I myself hate hearing that stuff... he writes "party" songs and raps about the good life instead of writing with heart about what life really is.

yeah maybe worst then nelly but i find him more then gay-z,,, plus all his albums are platinum plus,,i like his song,, but it's not my favorite one, i copp the "x" ,tha last album he made, and i still listen it sometimes

vol 3 was his worst album in my opinion and yes i do own all of them.. basically my order in greatness is az follows.. reasonable doubt, vol 2, vol 1, roc la familia, vol 3... and im going to go a bit further than saying vol3 was his worst album, it sucked azz... big prison cell mate azz...

I'll give Hova credit for being a good writer, he can flat out write some nice rhymes.  I think he's changed a lot from "Hard Knock Life" to the play-pimp image in "I Just Wanna Love U."  I don't like that.

I he is fallin off badly. Anyone hear his new single. "HOVA" It's the same commercial stuff he's been putting out for the past 3-4 years.
I thought Reasonable doubt was classic.
Vol 1 was good
Vol 2 was good
but after that he became mad commercial.
I truely don't understand what everyone likes about him now. He isn't bad rapper but he isn't the king of hip hop.
