I'm Mexican, and I feel it's disrespectful for me to say nigga. Now I heard in New York though, blacks think of Puerto Ricans as black too, so maybe there is a difference. But I know as a Mexican, the closes I get is to call blacks bothas and they call me esse. Other than that, nigga stays outta it.
