no offence but im tired of hearing people say that the ps3 has no good games when the 360 only has some lame ass aliengames...halo,gears of war,bio shock, mass effect whats the fucking difference between these games
Thanks for all the replies. The backwards compatibility doesn't really mean much to me. My main thing was trying to justify spending 400 for a game system plus the Blu-Ray and then having Blu-Ray go under. Ya know?The games for both interest me, my main concern was the Blu-Ray or HD-DVD.Again, thanks, and any more info or opinions are welcome.
Why doesnīt the PS3 support backwards compatibility anymore? I mean, what the fuck? I always thought that the backwards compatibility wasnīt all that and that not all games were compatible but now it isnīt none at all? Whatīs the deal now?

You can still buy an 80GB model, or even a 60GB if you can find one and get the backwards compatibility that you so desire.
