As u know Christmas is coming so i thought i would bless ya when an early present, like i did in da outbound section but this is my contribution for the westcoast music lovers, as y'all know Dj Quik and AMG just dropped their Mixtape to promote their upcoming stuff, so i thought i could do the same and drop a little Quik mix for you, i didnt hear the Fixxers mixtape but sounds like ya didnt like it, so i thought i would do sumthin for you to enjoy in the ride, its not too short its not too long just perfect length to bump in da ride, with some Dj Quik songs, some songs he produced and some songs by his affliates its called Quik & Fast...so i hope yall enjoy it...its just sumthin to vibe to in da Ride!!!

PS: No Tracklist cuz its a Surprise!!
