I would say dont buy the posthumous albums because his mom has fucked them up.

If youve heard the original versions of those songs on the bootlegs youll know what i mean. those were some raw uncut shit, showing all sides of Pac's complex nature.

Now Afeni has remixed the tracks, put in bullshit R&B hooks etc which has watered down the message and made the songs commercial so she can get paid.

Man fuck that!!!!!  2pac is gone.  And he isn't ever coming back.  And I miss that muthafucker alot and his music means alot to me, and has helped me through alot of hard times.  Their is classic material on those posthumous albums.  Shit nobody even pays attention to really.  Tracks like "16 on Death Row" on the "R U Still Down" album.  Listen closely.  I think the world needs his music, and we should look at it as a blessing that he worked so hard to leave enough material for us to get by with in his absence.  Rest In Peace, Pac.

Sonner or later all his shit would've been relesaed, otherwise why would he record it?...Maybe just the beats would be different, but everything would've been released if he was alive...

And how can you say Pac didn't want people to hear all this posthumous music?   He predicted his death, and knew he was going to die an early one, so maybe that's why he recorded so much why he was alive.

I hate that the song most people associate with Pac is Changes.....
A song that wasn't put together by Pac, that Pac had no input into the creative direction of the song
IMO I would like Tupac songs to stop being released

But that'll never happen!

The world needs Pac.

And Changes was his message, but there it could turned into a weird-ass song.

His posthumous stuff can still be as good as living shit...I mean...Lastonesleft...Breathin'...etc...

And the RnB hooks make 'em more listenable. A REAL fan will listen for the message below it.

TRTGFC was classic material...His raw poems...

UTEOT and RUSTD are cool, not as good as they may've been, but who cares?

Greatest Hits, uh, whatever.

I'll keep buying his garbage, cause his garbage is better than most people's designer labels new.

seems you guys didnt read my post as usual.

This isnt the way Pac wanted the songs to come out, and any true Pac supporter can hear that instantly. Afeni fucked the songs up on some quick-buck shit.

I agree these shoudlve been released, but in their original format, even if a lot of them were still studio scraps. Take Pac's vision out and all youve got is some wasted Pac lyrics on some badly mixed beats.

I agree, on UTEOT there were some watered down tracks but most were still tight as hell. Let's hope part 2 will be better cuz Suge'll definitely have more input in it (no cut out disses, more rough shit etc.). And even if it couldn't reach the level of the previous releases I'd still buy all new shit that comes out.

Yeah, that is true.... he was alwayz talkin about how he was gonna die... and how he wanted to be remembered. All these Posthumous albums are reminding people.

But like Loc said... I dont really like the way they changed his stuff around... with all tha R&B hooks n shit.. THATS WHY, I dont really buy his shit nomore.... last tupac album I got was MAKAVELI.. oh and tha Greatest Hits.....

West Coast Veteran is right, I buy his shit no matter how it sounds.
And Criminal, if you didn't buy R U Still Down, you are really missing out. That album had better production and was far better lyrically than Until The End Of Time.  Still UTEOT is my second favorite album of this year, because you can't go wrong with 2pac, dead or alive, origional or remixed, the message is still there.
