Xzibit? He's a major celebrity with several large scale videos

styles and wc are "underrated" because they can only rap about how hard they are. I hear the same words recycled many times an album. And trust me, I've listened to their albums several times.

Underrated rappers to me are Andre Nickatina, for a guy who's never had a video on mtv or bet he presents a whole nother side to the rap game (with fucking incredible flow delivery) that tech nine has been jacking for years, he has a HUGE fucking fanbase of hot model girls and underground hip hop heads like none that i've seen before. his problem is his beats suck usually. but definantly an underrated rapper.

Kool Keith - Guy is so real and innovative with his lyrical content and delivery its actually comforting he hasn't blown up just for the fact that i dont want stupid kids like lunatic on his dick the same way they jock TI or yung jeezy. his beats have also been sub par a lot of the times on a commercial level, so he hasn't got his recognition yet.

I totally agree with Me Llamo - Nickatina is hella underrated. To me, he's a genius, the most original and creative rapper in the game, who never got the props he deserves, except the Bay Area... I do NOT agree that his beats suck though. To me, his production has always been VERY good, sometimes amazing...

Another underrated rapper I'd say is Rap-A-Lot's Tela. The guy could have a huge mainstream appeal, since he's got a charismatic persona, plus he's able to make "complete" songs. But as usual with Rap-A-Lot he never got the promotion he deserved.
