Losing is for losers. That's why they call them losers, loser. You just haven't gambled enough. One night I won $2GZ playing blackjack and I thought I was the shit, thought I had a good system, etc. Then a few years later I lost nearly a grand in one night playing blackjack. Thats when I realized why casinos make so much money. The odds are always in favor of the house. If they weren't you would see wayyyyyyyy more casino's going bankrupt, and way more people getting rich off gambling. You make it sound as if you have perfected playing blackjack down to a science which you have mastered. If it were that simple, you would have way more smart people gambling and getting rich. The bottom line is that when playing blackjack, you rely more on luck than anything else. Yes, you can better your odds by making smart moves and knowing when to hit, and what not, or if you are really good, by making calculations in your head. But luck always will play more of a role than skill when it comes to 99% of players playing blackjack. You may be one of those 1% where it doesn't, but I would take the bet anyday that you will go broke over gambling before you become rich and can quit your day job.

I've lost big hands and I've one bigger ones. In the end I've always ended up winning more then I lose though. I sure as hell hope I'm in that 1%, but I'm not counting on it. And you can gain an edge over the house if you card count (don't start about how its illegal, cause that is lie casinos like to cultivate). Anyways I haven't learned that (yet), but the biggest obstacle I see to people gaining money at casinos is that they don't know when to quit. I see lots of people win money then lose it all because they couldn't walk out the door. Greed is a mother fucker.
