Yeah The Instrumental is Sweet [No homo]!
But somehow i prefer the other version from the some album..One of the hidden Tracks!!
That version  sounds better..

fuckin' great instrumental, and putting biz, tip and slick rick on the chorus was really good too

no problem with jay too, so you know overall it's a dope ass song  8)
