Really hard to say. Both at times have a very universal sound and I have even heard people say Muggs bites RZA's style. I personally like Muggs. He can make a gangsta track, melodic, gothic, rock, R&b, you name it he can do it. RZA is dope though too but I have to go with Muggs.
if he muggs had not done any solid production lately i would've said rza, i would recommend u picked up mask and the assasin, it was a banging release probbably a hip hop classic, the concept was clever and the beats, which were tight, matched its song u can never get tired of bumping this cd even if u hear many times a day
Muggs still for all the classics he has made or been a part of, is still mad slept on. I don't even he his name brought up in best producers on the west convo hardly.
