Why did Quik and Sugafree split?

Man they blessed us with some magic over the years, but why did they split? I miss that neptunes conversation!  Will the dynamic duo reunite?

I thought it was because Suga Free thought Quik was holding him back.  Quik split from all his old crew for a while and dissed them on the Trauma mixtape. Quik thought they were using him.  I think Suga reached out to quik and they are on decent terms (not dissing each other anymore).  But I don't think they want to work together again at the moment.

Suga free supposedly stole a beat quik had made for Dr.Dre, and sold it to some dude in the bay and voila

Actualy quik was the one to reach out to free.. And invited him to one of his shows.. Although suga free never changed and still had that negative mind set.. Quik was like ya know fuck this dude.. Also another thing.. Quik no longer gets along with suga free aswell as hi-c.. Quik dissed them on radio not that long ago.. Probably bout a few months ago.. He was pissed.. And yeah he also said somethin bout hi-c always drivin by his house.. and not doin anything.. Quik was like "and crawf I know that's you always passin by my house.. And not doin shit.. You wanna do somethin get out and lets do this like men".. From what I remember.. And yeah...

Suga Free was Quik's best protege. Now both are doing their own thing. Free got Freeze, Leimberg, Steez and Blaqthoven doing his beats now, Quik is back with DPG and AMG. Maybe one day we'll get a new album from those two, but both are doing their own thing still making good music.

It was both sides that reached out. I was with Suga Free and Ted that night before the concert at the House of Blues. Ted had me call KK from 2nd II None that night to help move things along.

Not sure what their current status is though. I didn't bother to ask Quik about it back when I was in the studio with them a couple of months ago.

Once they got on that pimp shit (Rhythmalism) it was over.  Sugafree had a few dope songs when he first came out but I don't see why people like him.
I only liked 2nd II None's first album.
