I worry about Jayo know. He dissed the kings of each coast. Jay-Z is on top of New York like no other right now. Snoop has the Westcoast crowd, as it was always his after 'Pac died, he just needed to claim it. Snoop does have the name power, and more importanly, the Dogg Pound power, behind him. Lets see, Jayo dissed Jay-Z and Snoop, Jay-Z is hooked up with Daz, Snoop is surronded by the Pound which includes Kurupt, Nate Dogg, Warren G and reunited with Daz. Roc-a-Fella and the Dogg Pound are on good grounds. Jayo has always had loyal eastcoast cats, but he dissed Jay-Z, so he gets shot at. You diss Snoop, you get no sales in the west, that's a proving. Luke and 2 Live Crew sales rock bottomed after Cowards of Compton. Death Rows Chronic 2000, which had heavy dissing on Snoop (and no Dre by the way, at least straight to) didn't sell shit, and westcoast fans hated it. The only Ruthless that sold was Bone since they never dissed Snoop. Eazy E didn't sell until he died. Don't diss Snoop on the west, and don't diss Jay-Z in the east. Jayo, as good as he is, just killed his own career. He should have just signed to Doggystyle, and things would have been better.

If you're going to give the crown to anyone I don't think it can be dre... he dissappeared from the game and was gone to long. Of course he has two classic albums, but in retrospect, that's all he has and there are eight years between his chronic to his 2001.
It has to be Snoop in my opinion, even though he went to No Limit he was around every year doing what he could, touring, keeping his face in the game and no one else did that and that's why he gets my vote.

Yeah, People Always Say Snoop's Wack, he Ain't What He Used To Be, Etc., But We'd All Cry Like A Little Bitch If He Ever Got Killed Or Anything...

I Don't Think Snoop Will Ever Be Respected The Way He Should Be Until He's Dead. He Really Is Special, As Far As His Persona, He's The Only One Like BPG Said That Is Out Their Bustin' his Ass, Constantly In Everybody's Face And On Tour. You Can Turn On The T.V. And Just About Catch Snoop On Television Every Day Somewhere Or The Other... He's Actually, If You Think About It, Probably The Most Visual And Famous Rapper BAR NONE These Days... I Know Grandmas And Stuff That Know About Snoop Dogg. I Know People In Their 50's That Would NEVER Listen To Rap, But Can Sing Along To A Snoop Song, Just Because He's So Huge That They've Been Exposed To It.

i agree Snoop is a superstar and is holdin shit down, if i had to name a single king of the coast it would be snoop over dre at this present time.

i still dont think hes bringin the whole coast together like Pac did but you guys are right he is really the 'top dogg' when it comes to representing the west right now.
