I don't live for the man, but I do study him so I can hope my pimp hands one day become as strong as his. When i first started listening to him, my hands were only strong enough to crush a beetle.  Now that i've studied him for 15 years, my hands are strong enough to crush a dog.

I'm with you guys.. hahaa.. I'd like to know too.. Cat's had a few concepts for the record. He wanted to do 7 greatest hits and 7 brand new tracks. Along with a dvd with 7 videos.. (music videos of his hits and behind the scenes stuff). The way the industry is moving right now its hard to get any support and backing for a project.  Along with him being on the road quite a bit with Snoop, he just hasn't been able to completely devote himself to it. He's home for a few months now and has said he really wants to focus on his and Mykestro's projects, so hopefully some things come together.. I gotta tell you guys that the music Cat's doing these days is incredible and i think everyone is going to be very impressed when they finally get to hear something!!

props on the update Amp...what i dont understand is why BC waiting for the industry to get behind the project?  He has a big enough following to sell it independent and make a killing!!  I know u read the posts on here...most of the board is constantly fiendin' for some new Battlecat shit...hell i personally have bought CD's for 1 or 2 tracks produced by Battlecat...especially if he dropped unreleased tracks and alterante versions...and it wouldn't even have to be an actual CD...he could do it digital downloads...he must not understand the demand for his music...people seached for years and years for Gumbo Roots and paid hundreds of dollars for it on EBAY!! and that CD is over 10 years old!!  Tell BC to get on his grind!!! I got my loot ready!!!

PS.  What damn song is that Battlecat is playing the talkbox on in the video on your Myspace page?  When is it coming out?

PSS. My top five Amp beats so far :   1. Amped Christmas
                                                    2. Bounce Rock Rollerskate
                                                    3. Rapture
                                                    4. Night & Day
                                                    5. Curious
