Yeah, Pac was incarcerated when the video was shot (notice Double R clad in a "Free 2Pac" shirt) so Celly replaced him.

Arguably you have seen an unoffical mix made by a fan. 2 Pac is on the album version of this song and the song is on E-40's In A Major Way album

Celly Cel met 'Pac on Spice 1 video shoot to "Trigger Got No Heart" - he spoke to Celly Cel about his "Ballin' Thru My Hood" song, 'Pac said to Cel that he used to play that shit all day long and that he was a big fan of him...I wonder if they recordered some songs together...Celly Cel is dope as hell
