he was from da bay too.he was also active in da 90´s.was down with ppl that knew pac, etc.

I think he's met Pac on an occassion or two (he spoke about it on a reccent song of his), but they were never close or something.
However, I'm waiting for his new album as well. His last one "Straps, Baseball Hats..." was VERY VERY good. Cel's still coming with some heat 4 yo azz. One of the best ones from the Bay for sure.

i belive Celly Cel replaced Pac on E-40's "Dusted and disgusted".... the video version.. the Bay was united at this time... wonderfull to see  8)

Yeah, Pac was incarcerated when the video was shot (notice Double R clad in a "Free 2Pac" shirt) so Celly replaced him.
