yup and it will also come with the new dualshock 3 controller which has built in rumble support , which the original ps3 six-axis controllers were missing

not the psp, i dont think it would  be possible due to how detailed and big the game is gonna be, maybe rockstar will make another gta game for the sytem though (kinda like liberty city stories and vice city stories)
