the production on it is flawless. every track is like a mini movie, or has something that separates itself from the other.
like rza said you could probably base a whole new style off every beat.

lyrically, rae and ghost and the whole wu were at their prime.

from start to finish. i gotta say my favorite tracks are verbal intercourse, incarcerated scarfaces, rainy dayz, spot rushers, northstar, and wu gambinos.

i also gotta say, rza's verse on wu gambino's is fucking nutty.

amazing lyricism throught the whole album followed by production which (besides 3-4 beats) is unlistenable to me.I have tried to listen moe carefully to find something that actually doesn't sound so bad, but to no avail.I will have to give it more spins tho

I never understood the hype of cuban linx - I love 36 chambers, liquid swords, tical, but i thought rza's beats were kind of boring on cuban linx, and I don't really feel Rae or Ghost's rapping on it either... on paper the shit looks good, but their flows were mad boring and just blahblahblahblahblah for like whole songs with no changes

Only really loved verbal intercourse, apart from that it's kinda meh (though better than 100% of todays stuff though, haha)

definitely lead the way for that east coast mafioso style rap album that Nas and Biggie kind of emulated later on, its a tough choice all those Wu albums in the mid 90's were unbelievable and I'll take RZA as the best east coast producer of all time even though I am a big Premier fan as well
