Not a bad idea actually. Let artists and their fans/haters interact and air out their grievances with each other in a real-time format. Artists should really try to give fans a "birds-eye view" of what really goes on behind-the-scenes of the business so that they can see all the label politics operating as it happens. Maybe fans would better appreciate what artists have to suffer through on the business side of things since most people on here seem to be self appointed internet A&R's.I'd support something like this. It'd also be good PR for Dubcnn as well as for the West Coast in general.
damn that's a good idea,it has to have a non bias host tho, and nobody that get's a hard on over meeting they favorite fucc'n artist yell
The thing with a lot of these artists though is that they can't take constructive criticism very well. You voice your opinion and if the artist doesn't like what he hears, he labels you a hater and what not. There are some people that will hate just to hate but there are others who actually provide an honest criticism. The show will have its first and last episode all in one day because the artist will trip for no reason.
Then this means, I'll have to hear from the rappers themselves about this. Glasses, if you read this, step on up and tell me your thoughts on what H2K4 said.(Man, I was gonna write Y2J. Where did Chris Jericho come out of this?)
You know what's funny, i've been talking with Takeoff Productions about doing something similar to this for a few months now. Don't be surprised if you see something like this actually happen.
