Here is the synopsis: Super High Me is a documentary about the effects of smoking marijuana and not smoking marijuana after smoking marijuana for a long period of time. The documentary stars comedian Doug Benson. The documentary's name is a play on the documentary Super Size Me.

Super High Me documents Doug Benson avoiding marijuana for 30 days and then smoking marijuana every day for 30 days in a row.Benson claims that Super High Me is "'Super Size Me' with weed instead of McDonalds".To make sure alcohol wouldn't affect the results, he didn't drink for the two months he filmed the documentary. Benson actually gained 8 pounds during the "high" month. Everything Doug Benson did in the film is legal in California. The film also includes interviews with marijuana activists, dispensary owners, politicians and patients who comprise the medical marijuana movement. Benson claims that he tells kids "you should not smoke pot until you become a professional comedian".

n about the gaining pounds, usually you only get munchies if your not a regular smoker. but when i did quit for a week for my drug tests i would get the munchies for a day or two when i started smoking again.

i seen this a while back. it isn't all that great kinda boring actually but it's kewl when he takes the psychic tests and SAT's and he does better after he starts smoking then when he didn't smoke. and they also talk about medicinal weed n shit like that.

great movie, just saw this for the 1st time last week.

it was great to see oaksterdam as a feature and even wack ass vancouver in there. def makes me feel better about moving to LA next year with all the dispensaries, all thought that is a fucking shame what happened to some.
