Even my team man. The Spurs have only missed the playoffs 4 times since they joined the NBA 32 yrs ago.

Some other little tidbits...

During their 32 yrs in the league, they have the 2nd highest winning percentage (Lakers#1).
The 3rd highest winning percentage all time (Behind Celtics and Lakers).
Since they joined the NBA, they have 15 Division titles. Most in the NBA for that span. (Lakers #2 with 14. Yankees/Braves only others in sports with 15)
Highest win percentage in NBA Finals history


Anyways, just a lil pitch for my team lol

:D  i see you guys' points.  yes, having the most finals APPEARANCES is nice

but the Lakers are 14-15 in the NBA finals...means they are more likely to lose than to win.

Spurs are a great NBA team because the whole city loves them  (no other rivals), and since Tim Duncan came along they've been the best franchise.  throw away whatever stats, they've won 4 rings and have simply put in place a great system.  and they have an elite coach as well, Pop is a genius.


they remind me of the Patriots pre Randy Moss, nobody wants to watch them bc they're "boring", but they just keep winning anyway.


ofcourse Randy Moss going to the Pats would be like the Spurs getting Steve Nash or CP3 hahaha.

no doubt, the Spurs have been a great team since entering the NBA, you forgot the only ABA team to win the NBA title.

And Hack, for the record, since Bird retired, the Celtics have missed the playoffs 9 times, and on top of that, KG and the gang have shown signs of age. Forget trying to make the finals, worry about Orlando and Cleveland before talking on LA.

Hack...Getting to the Finals means we wont the West, dumbass. We won the West a whole lot more than the Celtics have won the East, which is a good thing.


Lakers=Most celebrated franchise in sports. 8)
