but IMO kurupt still can rap

thats a hard choice. i mean the both of them were great lyrically. yes their styles may have watered down over the years, kurupt just sayin bitch all the time, and snoop tryin to be 'universal' n shit. can't really say yet til' kurupt finishes up those projects he's been talkin about.
