i would agree,

but i would say this, just cuz he's overrated doesn't mean
a lot of his music isn't classic.
i'd rank him as the greatest rapper ever regardless because
of the impact he had. his lyrics were mostly on point.

but i think we can all agree pac had a lot of skippable tracks.
he wasn't necessarily the most lyrical mc either haha.

but as far as omar cruz goes, i don't think he's overrated at all.
people aren't looking out for dude like that. i think he's good,
and has the potential to put out good material(and he's shown that in the past)
but he just needs to grow a little more as far as lyricism goes.
his mixtapes are dope though, hes more of a song writer then a mc though.
