Not gonna happen. It's nearly impossible for rappers to retire. There are rappers with twice the amount of time in the rap game who've tried to retire and ended up coming back. It's hard to leave anything when you're still succeeding at it. More importantly, Game has more to do in rap. He can't just go out and be a CEO because in order for his label to succeed, they need him as an active MC to push the next star. There really isn't a platform to launch the next stars right now. I also think, he has so much more growth with his music. You look at guys like Eminem or Jay and it's possible for them to dissapear because they have almost run out of fresh things to do but Game's been in the spotlight for like 4 years and has only done 3 solo albums. People are still intrigued. He may want to get away at the moment but it will pass. One day, he will get inspired to do something even bigger and he'll start working on his next album. Sure, he can do movies and all but a lot of the audience that will watch the movies are gonna be the music fans. I don't think he's at that Ice Cube or LL level where he has fans that are interested in him solely for his range as an actor. Hey, we'll see.
