Timmy can get it done by himself, and as tough as the West has proven to be, I'd have to agree that the Spurs are in trouble. When you have LA and Utah at the top of the west with Houston, PHX, NOH, Portland etc playing pretty good ball, the Spurs will prolly get buried pretty quickly. One month in the western conference with just 1/3 or your core is hard to overcome.

Yeah the Spurs are in trouble. Ginobli and Parker down, Duncan is not where he used to be, and no more Barry / Horry. Too bad they couldn't get Maggette, that would've really come in handy for them right now.

the Spurs' old ass BEEN done...theyll be a bottom seed in the playoffs this year, if they even get in.


the only plus on their team for this season is Roger Mason. dude is playing some tremendous ball.

its a long season folks...i never count the Spurs out. they may not be the team they once were but they will make a playoff run,please believe

Pretty devastating news. We'll see what happens. We tend to always come through with the mental toughness. ONE positive, the role players will be forced to step up now. Once Parker and Manu return, this should only make the team better. Sometimes teams improve when they have to play without a superstar for a stretch. As long as they dont dig too deep of a hole in the meantime.
