There's a good chance the Lakers are winning the next 5 championships. I met Laker forward Trevor Ariza's cousin on the bus and he really put me up on the game. Lakers are the greatest team to ever play. 82-0 is a possibility, mon!

You're jumping the gun. 82-0 Let's be serious. 5 champions? They had there opportunity to do that from 1999-2004 and missed it. And as far has Kobe>MJ, I don't see how 7 games into this season shows that. Now that Kobe has some talent surrounding him that is somewhat comparable to Jordan's Bulls, we can see just how far Kobe can go. So to sum it all up, wait till the end of the season.

You tell me to be patient, but I might tell you the same. Be patient and wait for the Los Angeles Lakers to revive the NBA and the game of basketball as we know it. It goes along with Obama's victory, the American economy restorance, and the rise of Hip-Hop.

Phil Jackson has always been on top of things. In the 90s with Jordan and the Bulls, with the threepeat era, Shaq and Kobe's spectalur ruling class. The NBA is coming back with Kobe and Phil Jackson. Just wait and see, mon.

This really could end up being the greatest team ever.

Kobe = Jordan

Relax, it's too early. We're the best team in the League, but it doesn't mean we already have the ring.

lol they got enough competition, they won't make it to 82-0. Maybe 60+ victories

HAHAHA! I think after watching Pierce dominate Kobe in the Finals last year we all saw that Kobe is not even close to MJ

I dunno about that one, son...the threepeat Bulls teams were compiled to perfection, as the current Laker team is. Jordan had Pippen initiating and locking muthafuckaz down on the perimeter, while Rodman was grabbing every rebound in sight. They played a TEAM game and Phil ran it to perfection, which is what he's doing now... you can't really claim Kobe has "way more" help...not by a long shot...PeACe

WTF are you talking about? If the Laker role players stepped up and played their part the way the role players of the 3peat Bulls did, then the Lakers woulda' won the ring last season...basketball is not a game of 1-on-1, it's a TEAM effort. Haven't you learned this by now? Try to make sense when you speak.
