- tea with honey
- use warm water with baking soda and salt in it and gargle four times a day (might hate it, but it works)
- always keep warm

1 shot of brandy - makes ur throat relax and more numb to pain
1 glass of hot tea ( pref. green ) with honey.


and that is ALL u need,.

u will feel better after 15 mins.

warm up some water, throw a tablespoon of salt in there and mix it all up, then gargle the whole glass.  it works well...

I got a full out cold now (with a fever).  I pretty much just layed on the couch last night.  I had tea and it helped.  Today I got another pack of halls and the Tylenol version of Dayquil (not even close to as good).

but ya drink some brandy or henny. relax urself after that in a nice hot bath then just kick it or sleep....ull be kool.

OO drink some lemon juice if u can handle it....high in vitamin C...very good for ur immune system
