BYI Entertainment Sign Rome As Recording Artist - December 2, 2008 By : Rud



Since 2004 when we introduced the world to Omar Cruz, then known as Blunts LLA, we have also been keeping tabs on the organisation that surrounds him - BYI Entertainment.

Luis "LuLu" Torres, the labels owner, made history by signing BYI to Geffen/Interscope Records in a 50/50 joint venture deal in mid 2006. Since then the team have been busy working on mixtapes as well as the long awaited debut album from Omar Cru. One of the people in the BYI Entertainment camp is Rome a producer that we have been keeping tabs on for the past 18 months.

Today we just got word that BYI Entertainment has added Rome to its roster as a recordng artist. Having made a name for himself as a talented music producer working with superstar rappers such as Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes and Omar Cruz R.O.M.E. is now ready to take the world by surprise with his soulful, hard-hitting beats, mixed with his heartfelt lyrics.

Rome is set to drop an exclusive song & interview on the world famous DJ Skee Live From L.A. Radio Show - which will be back in full podcast form on Dubcnn this week - this Saturday at 7PM PST (10pm eastern time).
