Most under-rated Death Row songs 92-98
« on: December 06, 2008, 02:29:03 AM »
Danny Boy
"I Can't Get Enough"
album: Gridlocked
...simple song, but I've always liked this track, had it on replay when it first came out

2pac and Outlawz
"Made Niggaz"
album: Gang Related
...this song is fire, video was a little too simple so it got no video play

Daz
"In California"
album: Revenge Retaliation Get Back
...first single for his album, only saw it once on BET, I really thought this song should have blown Daz up and made him a platinum chart-topping solo artist

Nate Dogg
"Be Thankful"
album:  Death Row Christmas
...every year I listen to this song, very moving song, everyone should have been able to feel this one

"Who Got Some Gangsta Shit"
Snoop, Dogg Pound, C Style, Swoop G
album: Murder Was The Case
...this is like the smoothest gangsta track ever made.

Tray Dees first appearance on a death row track.. man this track so damn smooth... miss that time

Quote from: Soopafly DPGC about his hands
I don't live for the man, but I do study him so I can hope my pimp hands one day become as strong as his. When i first started listening to him, my hands were only strong enough to crush a beetle.  Now that i've studied him for 15 years, my hands are strong enough to crush a dog.

Some great songs listed, all of which should have received more air play.  That's alright though, I keep that shit playing on the iPod.
Time for a change...bring it!
