DJ Wich released a compilation a couple of months ago called the Golden Touch with the track :

Both songs contain the same lyrics with different beats, with Tekneeks version dropping Roscoe's verse to add his own.

Did Tekneek swipe this track from DJ Wich as his version was released earlier ?

Not positive, but your guess seems likely cause tekneek did something similar earlier in the year with his remix of "attitude problem," and even re-named the song like he did in this situation

it seems like it was first recorded for DJ Wich
because Kurupt says DJ Wich's name in the song
and on Tekneek's version this part is censored and "Tekneek" is edited over it
Tekneek's version also got a new intro by Kurupt
