im not really getting angry or anything, but i am trying to keep myself busy as much as i can.   chewing loads of gum, juicy fruit, 5 flare, bubble yum, hubba bubba, its all good.  haha

I'm also tryiing.. I quit for over a year but then I started again and its so much harder now.  On my most recent attempt, I quit for 10 days, then i bought a pack, then 7 and bought a pack, then another 7 and bought a pack.  i'm currently on day 3 of my fourth try...

The thing that helped me alot was having something to drink when I want a cig..  Weird but it worked...

I want those herbal cigarettes the actors use that don't have tobacco or additives in them lol, would make it alot easier...
