Yeah I had to leave work and go home and sleep it was so bad.Which is pretty much a sign that I won't be eating anymore garbage like that again.panago is garbage but I love pizza but I think I'm only going to make homemade from now on.I use to drink a lot more pop but now I only have it once in a while maybe 2 or 3 litres a month.I lost 15 pounds since I stopped eating fast food and overall I do feel a lot better.I did have fatburger once in that time but I don't really consider that fast food and it never makes me feel sick after like mcdicks always does.

I drink green tea almost everyday. I'm not talking bout Sobe or none of that sugary garbage. Straight up green teabags(no homo).
I have a bad habit of eating fast food when I am drunk at like 2am, which needs to stop.
