DUBCNN has once again linked up with The Dr.'s Apprentice, Dawaun Parker. In this exclusive new feature, we receive all the latest information from the Aftermath Entertainment camp, direct from the Boston-bred talent. The feverishly anticipated upcoming releases by 50 Cent, Eminem, and Dr. Dre, are all mentioned.

However, Dawaun had a lot more to discuss besides the afore-mentioned releases. Readers can expect a fresh update on rising Hip-Hop duo The GodBody, which pairs Dawaun with MC Tre' Guevera. Their delayed Triple 7 Series of E.P.'s remains on the horizon, but the duo now have a few other surprises in store for listeners.

Props on a well-written feature

Lookin forward to Dawaun's mixtape; the GodBody I ain't so sure. I liked that 'Beef' track, but that's the only thing I've heard from them. I hope they surprise me.

Thank you, man. People who have checked it have given me good feedback. One valid criticism I've received is that it's a little light on quotes, but honestly it wasn't exactly a planned interview! That, and my recording equipment was acting up! Hopefully people can look past that and welcome the great information that The Dr's Apprentice provided.

As for your second comment, I think The GodBody definitely have some tricks up their sleeve. I really like how Dawaun works with Em, Dre, and 50 at his 'day job,' and then grinds with the likes of Bad Lucc, SAS, Evidence, and so on, on his (relatively) underground material. I seem to recall a quote from him saying that The GB's represents his more 'conscious' Hip-Hop side. Guess all will be revealed with the E.P.'s.

Thanks for the feedback. It's always hard to get new information on Detox, although the stuff about The GodBody - and Raekwon - was particularly interesting to me.

Ha... just to clarify, that was really more me commenting with the Detox, "Lord willing" remark. I think Dawaun is a little more reluctant to get drawn into the specifics of release dates now - and understandably so!

Dr's Apprentice mixtape is certainly exciting, though I hope The GodBody releases aren't delayed much longer. Personally, I still really want to hear the Triple 7 Series, and all these new collaborations they have coming.
