whats this from?
this version was made in 1994, Big Stretch produced itremade in 1996 with new verse
Go Twice might have done the original (I've never heard that though), but it definitely wasn't done in 96. The original was done in 94 when Pac did some songs for Murder Was The Case, but they did not make the cut.

BetterDayz.net done an interview with GO Twice in 2002 when Better Dayz was supposed to drop. He said he first meet 'Pac in 96 thru Nutt-So, when Nutt-So was working with Hammer on Hammer's DR album. Nutt-So called GO Twice and told him to come to Can-Am Studios cause he needs a beat for his collabo with 'Pac. He said he did 3 songs with 'Pac - Ghetto Star, Life As A G which later became Life So Hard and Born First, Ride Later which later became Don't Sleep..
But the Life So Hard OG he posted definitely was done in 94. The drums give it away that Stretch produced it.
