LOL  pac wasn't a "west cosat" rapper at the time he was pretty much both coasts....heavy NY style infuenced by Stretch but DU put him on

he also had that Bobby Ervin/Big D/Easy Mo Bee  influence, all 3 NY producers

Pac was very westcoast on his first 2 albums, after that he got an eastcoast sound but thats obvious when your recording in New York (Me against the world, Thug Life, and the shyt from R U Still Down). Then he went to the west again, this was only a small period of his life he wasnt even on deathrow for a full year.

I don't know about your theories/fantasies about cali studio jackingz but Biggie almost got rolled on at a Cali Club by e-40
