When has a guy ever average 42, 7 and 7 on 50% shooting and gotten vilified like Lebron is on here?

Answer:  Never.

its the inseurity of the Kobe lovers...
they are obviously insecure about it since Kobe has never had those numbers in reg season or playoffs before.  The only thing Kobe and LeBron have in common is they both been down in a playoff series like this before.  Altho Kobe had Shaq and big shot Bob among others when he was 24....

Imagine what this Cavs team would be like, if you added Shaq in his prime to the team lol

lebron replacing kobe on the threepeat lakers=no threepeat....1 title, 2 at most...not back-to-back, though.

LMFAO!

somehow or another he HAS to realize how stupid he sounds lol.  If someone wants to make an argument that Kobe is better then LeBron right now....fine. That argument can be made.  Just like an argument can be made as to why LeBron is better then Kobe right now. But there is no question that LeBron is lightyears ahead of where Kobe was at this stage in his career lol

WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! LIGTYEARS AHEAD? LMAO. Kobe already won three titles at LeBron's age and was already compared to Jordan! He was playing amazing basketball, almost as good as he's playing right now...ROF@"Lightyears ahead"...wow.

Title 1 (age 21):
Shaq 29.7 PPG
Kobe 22.5 PPG
go down the list and no one comes close

Title 2 (age 22):
Shaq 28.7 PPG
Kobe 28.5 PPG
go down the list and no one comes close

Title 3 (age 23):
Shaq 27.2
Kobe 25.2
go down the list and no one comes close

Shaq and Kobe were a duo of a lifetime...people need to stop acting like Kobe was some supporting player in those championship seasons.. without Kobe, there is no threepeat...not even close. You cant replace Kobe with ANYONE on those teams...not even Jordan, cuz I dont see Jordan sacrificing and deferring to Shaq the way Kobe was able to in order to make it work.

NIK, LeBron IS lightyears ahead of Kobe at 24.  Go add it up homie.  Look at the total points scored, total assists, total rebounds, blocks, steals whatever you want homie.  And dont make excuses why Kobe is far behind in all categories.

that only shows what a bad team player he is. LOL. the offense revolves around him and when it's clutch time (lebron suck time), the team finds itself in major trouble. when youre scorin that much and your team is still losing, you KNOW you're doin something wrong. hes been forcing the issue, and a true baskeball head would see this right off the bat.

so when Kobe was getting 35 a game in the regular season but his team didn't win shit, what was the deal?  It was all his teammates fault, right?

but with Lebron, name one player who has played at all-star level in the playoffs on the Cavs.  You say Ilgauskas is an all-star, but duide can't defend and can't even hit a jumper right now.  West and Williams are shooting at about 30 percent in the series, so would you pass to them

Fact is, Cleveland is the worst TEAM (as in collection of players) left in the playoffs.  They are too small (which I have said all along), don't have a skilled/athletic post player.  They've had a good run, a great run this year, and could still win the series.  But you better believe this team will add a bigger guard and a better post player.

Cleveland has a great defensive squad and they were winning games all season long...they have an all-star point guard, premier defenders, and serviceable post presence....and the MVP(?). everyone was calling them the best team when they swept Detroit and Atlanta LMAO. the fact of the matter is, they're a regular season team ala Dallas 2006, Phoenix 2004-2008, etc.  because LeBron is lacking what we like to call a killer instinct. Dunno if that's something he can develop, but that's always been one of the main things keeping him from taking it to the next level...PeACe

do you realize that presenting this null argument only makes you look retarded? LOL. of course LeBron put up more stats, he didnt play alongside the most dominant big of our generation. :stupid:

Kobe was already referred to as "the best player on the planet" by Shaq after the 2nd title...

do us all a favor and go watch espn...ur input is useless.

Hard to get involved when youre best player holds and holds and holds onto the ball. And Mo played good yesterday and game 2...

remember what my biggest knock on Cleveland was last year? their whole offense revolves around the ball being in Lebron's hands...it looks good on his stat sheet and it can win games in the regular season...but the fact that Lebron cant run a real offense is what makes the Cavs a GOOD team and not a GREAT team...PeACe

LMAO at LeBron "lacking killer instinct"  thats HATE at its finest...dudes averaging over 40 a game...Hit a game winner at the buzzer to win a game in the series.  Hit 2 free throws to send the game into OT the other night.  Did you forget the Cavs were up 2 in that game with 6 seconds left?  Until Rashard hit a great 3 pointer to put Orlando up 2.  What about that fadeaway 3 he nailed falling out of bounds with time winding down?  How is that NOT killer instinct?

NIK you are so full of shit its rediculous!!  what a fucking joke!

Total Assists       = 3,159
Total Rebounds  = 3,307
Total Steals        = 830
Total Blocks        = 405

Kobe Bryant first 6 seasons

do you know what killer instinct is? it's what makes a player take over the game and control the outcome when he's needed to step in. now, had lebron possessed this supposed killer instinct, he wouldnt be playing his worst ball when hes needed most (4th quarters)...Lebron, physically, is a beast. He also knows the game well....BUTTT killer instinct is something that comes natural and it's been the biggest knock on him ever since people tried comparing him to kobe...so to act like i just pull this shit out my ass only makes you look that much more clueless and ignorant, buddy.

did he hit big shots in this serious? no doubt...but every play is running through him, so he's either shooting it or getting the assist. against orlando in the clutch he's missed more shots than he's made and he's turned the ball over more than he's gotten assists...try laughing at that.

how is he playing his worst ball in the 4th quarters?  he had 10 points in the 4th quarter and the rest of the team had 11...Nailed those freethrow to send it to overtime...nailed that 3 falling outa bounds...you must have your kobe goggles on

I posted those numbers up for ya, since your insecurity of Kobe wouldnt allow you to do it yourself

so you somehow missed those huge turnovers in crunch time that cost cleveland the game? how bout those missed jumpers and forced drives to the basket? he stunk shit up in the 4th quarter in all 3 losses.

how can anyone support the way LeBron's been closing games in this series? even Cav fans are talking shit about that. :grumpy: @ your unfounded love for LeBron.

Like I already said, LeBron and Shaq would equal a title or two, but not a threepeat...PeACe
