The last real update was done by a poster named Rebel who interviewed Bishop Lamont about a month ago,

"Dre and Bishop are working on a way to release "The Reformation" outside of the Interscope umbrella. Talks are happening and we should have an answer by next week. Bishop is still signed as of now but there might be some major changes coming soon."

There's nothing else that's really been said about his situation other than that. 

He's got a show in two days at the House of Blues so maybe he'll drop some knowledge about his situation then.

I agree, though i would have liked to see the album that was made between dre and co with bishop. Im not ever very impressed by dude, but i would have checked it.

You need to understand the psychology of the hater. It isn't good enough to just ignore the artist he's hating on. There's a constant need for him to tell the world he's not interested in the music. If he just uses a blank CD as a coaster, he's not putting the right energy out for his efforts. If anything he should get his own anti-Aftermath shirt to wear while he sits in his chair with his Lamont drink coaster. Maybe he can invest in a mega-phone so he can open up the living room window and let his neighbors know that he's not listening to Detox because it's never coming out! One can only wonder what he'll do with his time if Detox ever does drop.
