"Jupiter's Critic & The Mind Of Mars"Quik was defo going for the Alien version of himself on that one....(On some other world shit!)Future shit, He is either way ahead of his time, Or high az fuck...lolDope album.
That track was made with a ring modulator, creative, instead of using talk box or autotune, he did something different, although the voice was a bit odd, ya can't knock him for trying something new and different..
Ok, here's my review alsoBlaQKOutThis is just the introduction of the album and Kurupt advertises us that its impossibleto fail with him and QUik on the mic over Quik beats and they prove it is true..The beat is just huge and both rappers deliverances are just on point.5/5Cream N Ya PantiesThe production is just amazing, Quik brings to the table a funky ass beat that made himthe producer we adore. Perfect5/5Do You KnowA smooth and laid back summertime joint with a pretty good female hook.Besides poor rhymes the alchemist between both rappers is good and match perfectly the beat.5/5Watcha Wan DoDespite a good performance from the rappers and a cool hook, the minimalistic and repetitive beat becomes quickly boring.2/5Ooh!An experimental but very efficient beat served by Quik murked by the duo.4,5/5Fuck Y’allAnother smooth and funky ass song dedicated to the haters. The simple female hook is just tight and so Quik and Kurupt performances.5/5Hey Playa! That was a challenge to make the original sample sounding good as Quik did with this song. A crazy bassline, a female hook and a good performance.4,5/5ExodusJust another experimental instrumental from Quik that sounds good at first but that last too long.2,5/59x’s Outta 10A huge and dirty bass from Quik and a dynamic and hungry Kurupt. Pretty good!4/5Jupiter's Critic & The Mind Of MarsSome futuristic beat performed by Robotic Quik. Special2,75/5The AppealLaid back and funky, a good way to finish that album.4,75/5The B Stands for Beautiful (Skit)Annoyin as fuck-/5Watcha Wan Do (Alternative)No interest-/5OVERALLBesides its shortness that long-awaited collaboration between these 2 westcoast veterans turned into a good record.4/5
