It's Rob Drydek's cousin allright.  Bishop has been recording in the fantasy factory with Drama Beats for awhile now I think. 

As for the song, the beats kinda generic ... feels like a typical low budget club sound , I enjoy Bishop's flow and lyrics on this more than i did on Everyday in the Streets and Exclusive but it doesn't touch previous work he's done.  Also Dae One is nice on the hook, I recently checked out some No One and I'm surprised how much I like Dae One on a chorus.  All in all it's an okay track but i have a feeling Bishop just isn't the type of rapper that will have a huge club hit.
