This statement was forwarded to me from Shade Sheist's manager to send to the guys who run the WestCoast 2K website. I don't have any contact information on them, so anyone reading this please feel free to copy and forward this to WestCoast 2K, courtesy of Shade Sheist and Damizza. I thank you in advance.

This statement has been copied from the original e-mail sent to me and posted in it's entirety.

*Whaddup Online Society- this is Shade Sheist and my brother Damizza. You guys have always been good to us, and we get more support here than anywhere else- so you will get our only quote in regards to all the fuss... "Shade Sheist is a new West-Coast artist. As Chronicmagazine and WESTCOAST2K have seen, it is extremely hard to do anything positive and excel without a 'run-in' with the 'hate wall' a couple of times. We're always ready for a fight, and we never move w/o knowing we can win.  So, for our next move, BABY REE / PAPERWORK (Shade Sheist's new firm) will be signing L.A. independent artist CAZ, and Sheist's protege, Compton artist N.U.N.E.  They will both be featured on the upcoming "DAMIZZA PRESENTS" ALBUM using the same title as the first single: "HARD IN THE PAINT." (which also features a good friend of the REE'.. KNOCTURNAL..) See what WE are ALL about? BRINGING FOLX TOGETHER>>> ISN'T THAT WHAT HIP HOP IS SUPPOSED 2 BE? Also, if the L.A. times knew what they were doing, they would've investigated what a HELP Shade and BABY REE have been to the westcoast landscape. Look out for the REE-MIXX of "Wake up" Feat. Butch Cassidy..  Currently testing (#1 callout @ KUUU, #1 (females) #6 overall @ Power 106) ahhh, I could go on, but it would take all the fun out of seeing the WORLD'S face when they figure out why they call him SHADE SHEIST.

Oh, and I jus did a song for Mariah Carey's album, we put WESTSIDE CONNECTION on it- and another version with SHEIST. We're WestCoast to the heart, and we got love for all!     Out!  And, thank you to all of you who continue to support ALL music. WestCoast2K, DubCNN, WCC Forum, and Chronic Magazine*
