Raptors sign Bargnani to contract extension

they won't be able to re-sign Parker apparently because they got Turkoglu.
he might be on his way to the Cavs.

and they might trade Bosh too before the deadline since he won't be signing an extension and may opt out.

^^Yes Parker is gone and I firmly believe Bosh will be traded before the deadline because everybody knows he isn't resigning with them after the season.

I agree with you regardless of whether or not Parker is there.
It's just the Bosh card that'll determine whether they can be a playoff team or not in my opinion.

Because of the 4 team trade Raptors didn't have to renounce their rights to Parker, Delfino or Mensah-Bonsu plus they have the Mid-Level and Bi Annual Exemptions, so they could sign Parker still.  That said I think he's going to Cleveland to try to win a Ring.

And I think Raptors will at least get to the playoffs if they spend their exemptions wisely, maybe get some Rebounding and Defense by signing Rasho, get some more toughness with a decent overall SF to back up Hedo like Kleiza and either a defensive specialist at the 2 or a backup point guard with the rest of the money. that's who and what I'd target if I was BC.

As for Bosh being traded I think Colangelo is trying to build a competitive team this year to convince bosh to stay in Toronto. From day 1 he's pegged bosh is the conerstone of this team and i don't think he's giving him up now.  Although if the team sucks again this year bosh will be gone near the deadline.

I think they probably sign Delfino but only if he doesn't mind being a backup, I think he'd be great anchoring the offense of the second unit.  He's does the same things as Turk (good Distributor, Shoot) so having him start is redundant, Plus Delfino seems to need the ball in his hands to create offense.  I hope they try Wright in the starting lineup just to bring some defense even though he doesn't have starting caliber talent.

I agree Parker to Cleveland seems like a done deal, but hell so did Turk to Portland

he wont be traded.  Yesterday in the Hedo press conference Hedo and Bryan Colangelo both said that Chris Bosh also called Hedo last week trying to recruit him and welcoming Hedo to the city of Toronto.  It was also posted all over Chris' twitter page how happy he was to have Hedo here.  Colangelo said yesterday they are putting all this together to try and get the main peice (Bosh) to stay.
