there are quite a few rappers that are pretty much just wasting away due to some reason or another.  There are just so many rappers that are very talented but don't really get to showcase it.  Such as they been in the game for years, but have never dropped a solo album.  Or they may have dropped a solo album, but it wasn't very good due to production, guests, or just the overall execution of the layout.

rappers without albums:
lil c-style
crooked I
sam sneed
technique
da low lifes
e-a-ski (been waiting on his album since 96)
knumbskull (yuk is on his 3rd solo, where is numbs?)
tray Deee (Where the fuck is his solo album, I been waitin since MWTC)
slip capone
Hittman
j flexx

rappers with albums:
RBX (he could have a banger if produced right, and managed right)
twinz (the first was a classic, where the fuck they at now?)
swoop G (first 2 albums are dope, where has he been?0
Dresta and BG Knoccout (classic album, I want more!!!!)
Soopafly (Been in the game for a while and has one album that ain't even that official)
lil half dead (first 2 albums are hot, now he just sings, whats up with that)
CPO Boss Hog (first album sucked IMO, he could make a classic with the right formula)
lady of rage (first album wasn't too good, but a dre produced album, with 93-94 sound  :o)

I agree with you...

There is so much wasted talent out there. Just to name a few more cats.

Ahmad - His track "Back In The Day" was a great hit and he has a nice voice, but he has only released one album so far.

I Smooth 7 - He's track "Coolin' In The Ghetto" is a classic. I've also a track called "For Da Love Of The Ghetto", which is also pretty good. But the problem is that his album has never been released.

K-Dee - He's such a smooth rapper. Why did he release only one album. Maybe he shouldn't have join't "Hoo Bangin'" after leaving Cube's label.
